this page I tried to collect all projects that I considered to be
of any value to me and probably will be useful for other people. Papers
are grouped according to the subjects they belong to. The language

Currently, I am working on Graduation
Project and primary attention of this section of the site will be
paid to its development. The topic of the project is "Supply
Chain Modeling", however, primary concern is given to development
of mixed integer programming optimization model of LPG (Liquefied
Petroleum Gas) distribution network consisting of 6 primary filling
and storing centers, 10 secondary ones and over 2000 dealers.

About the Project

The
main purpose of this project is to develop a mixed integer programming
model of the supply chain of AYGAZ A.S.
- leading LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) supplier in Turkey. Distribution
system of AYGAZ A.S. consists of six primary and ten secondary LPG
storages which supply LPG to more than 2000 locations. Development
of mixed integer programming model of AYGAZ A.S. LPG supply chain
is an attempt to optimize distribution strategy of the company by
improving its distribution and storage policies.
Main purpose of the project undertaken by me is to construct a mathematical model of the supply chain of the company describing all transportation options and tactical decisions related to the structure of the supply chain. First part of the modeling stage will be to determine a generic model structure. In the second stage I plan to use a cluster analysis to determine near-optimal assignment of dealers to the filling facilities and by taking into account specific characteristics of the exisitng system to diminish the number of decision variables to a reasonable value.
Scope of the Project

The goal of the project is to determine minimum costs of supply,
storage, filling and delivery subject to supply limits, filling,
product storage, truck load capacities and some other limitations
of the system.
The structure of the model should enable to extract useful information
in a form of reports, provide what-if analysis options and ability
to add extra constraints and cost centers.
